We can rebuild or refurbish your existing injection molding machine at your site for a fraction of the cost of an OEM rebuild, with just as good (or better) results. Depending on the condition of the IM machine we can rebuild from the frame up replacing and upgrading controls, software, and parts or simply repair and replace only the parts that are broken or worn beyond repair. Some machines aren't in bad condition, but need more than daily maintenance. We can refurbish the machine to your specifications and needs repairing and replacing only the parts you choose.

Maverick Hybrid Press

We transform any of your current hydraulic injection molding presses into a cost effective, efficient hybrid press that uses from 60 to 90 percent less energy. We put a new, patented hydraulic system in place that is quiet, isn't prone to leaking, doesn't create heat (and thus doesn't need a cooling tower), and runs only when the press is actually doing work.

The system is our own Maverick Hybrid Press, and it works like this. You get to keep the muscle of hydraulics without the inefficiencies, noise, heat, and leaks. The Maverick Hybrid Press we build for you will last much longer and will be far more reliable. Since we replace almost everything with new parts, you end up with virtually a new press for less than a comparable new press from anyone else. We retain the frame and only selected pieces that can safely be reused or rebuilt, which keeps your cost down. Since we build the press on your site, you don't pay for shipment from the factory - a sizable savings. The bigger the machine weighs, the bigger the savings are to you.
